Overview
Davtec covers a wide range of work: home and commercial renovations, bathroom and kitchen remodels, excavation, demolition, mold removal, disaster recovery, new construction, and restoration. For a contractor, that breadth is a strength, but on a website it can easily read as a cluttered list. Homeowners and businesses looking for help need to understand quickly what Davtec does, that the firm is licensed and insured, and how to reach someone.
The site also has to serve people in very different situations, from planning a kitchen remodel to dealing with water damage or mold, and make the next step obvious for each of them: call, or request a free, no-obligation estimate.
Solution
We organized the website around the services themselves, with a dedicated page for each type of work so a visitor can go straight to what they need, from renovations and remodeling to excavation, demolition, and restoration. The home page leads with the firm's credentials, including its RBQ license and its more than fifteen years of experience, and the free estimate offer is repeated throughout the site.
A project gallery shows completed work, a blog supports the services with useful information, and location pages cover the Montreal-area municipalities the firm serves, so people searching in their own neighborhood land on a relevant page. Contact details and business hours are always within reach.
Process
Following the Jublr process, we started by understanding how Davtec wins work: who calls, what they ask first, and which services matter most. From that we agreed the pages the business needed, including a page for each service, a gallery, a blog, and contact, with no cap on how many.
Before building the whole site, we shared the design direction for approval. Once approved, we handled the copy, structure, and development, tested every page on phones and desktops, and launched.
Final Thoughts
The result is a website that presents Davtec as an established, licensed contractor and makes the next step simple: call, or ask for a free estimate. It leads with the firm's own track record, over fifteen years in business and more than 500 completed projects as reported by the company, and gives every service room to be understood on its own page.
