Overview
Vielo is selling something property owners and managers have not bought before: a smart vending machine that checks customers out with AI vision, runs on its own 4G connection, and is installed, stocked, and maintained for free. A new company in a new category has to explain a lot quickly, and answer the questions a manager will ask before saying yes: what does it cost, who services it, what if it does not work out.
The site also had to feel as hands-on as the business is. Vielo's two founders personally install and service the machines, and the website needed to carry that promise instead of sounding like a generic tech product.
Solution
We built the site around a simple story and a short path to a request. The home page explains the offer in plain terms: free for the property, with installation, stocking, and maintenance covered, and shows how the AI checkout, always-on connectivity, and real-time dashboard work. A comparison against old-school vending makes the difference clear at a glance.
A dedicated How It Works page walks through the three steps: a site visit, installation and stocking, then ongoing remote monitoring and maintenance. Reassurances sit where the doubts are, including liability insurance on every install and a 60-day, no-questions-asked removal guarantee, and every page leads to the same two actions: book a demo or request a free install.
Process
We began with the audience: property owners and managers in Montreal, and what they would need to see to trust a new company with a machine in their building. Then we agreed the pages the business needed, including About, How It Works, a blog, contact, a free install request, and legal pages.
As with every Jublr project, we shared the design direction before building the full site, then handled the copy, development, and mobile testing, and launched.
Final Thoughts
The result is a website that makes a new category feel simple and low-risk for the people who decide whether it goes in their building. The first installs are planned across Montreal in 2026, and the site is built to turn interest from gyms, condos, offices, and clinics into free install requests.
